We provide operating leases, or fair market value (FMV) leases. At the end of the term, the lessee has several flexible options: return the equipment, renew the lease at a discounted price, or purchase the instrument for FMV. Operating lease payments are also 100% tax-deductible.

Coverage

The Excedr program saves you money with our cost-effective rental structures and includes complimentary equipment breakdown coverage. Don’t purchase expensive equipment service contracts and do not worry about instrument downtime. We will get you back up and running in no time.

Annual Preventive Maintenance Coverage

Excedr can also offer annual preventive maintenance (PM) coverage visits that helps ensure instrumentation continues to operate to spec and minimizes chances of equipment breakdowns. We know the functionality of our equipment is mission-critical, and you can rest assured that we got you covered.

How much does it cost to lease equipment?

It depends on the machine you’re interested in and how long you’d like to use it for- drop us a line and we can walk you through our pricing.

Is there a minimum lease length?

Our leases are between 2 and 6 years long, making our minimum lease term 24 months.

Are there fees besides the lease payment?

We ask that you pay a deposit, which is returned to you at the end of the term.  The only other potential fee is the software license, but not all machines require it.

May I share equipment?

Definitely. Another way to significantly cut rental costs is to share the equipment lease with another lab. Just let us know who you’re interested in sharing with, and we can work out a plan.

Do I have to pay for servicing and repairs?

Nope! We will cover servicing and repair costs in the case of unexpected breakdowns and necessary equipment maintenance! However, we cannot cover repairs due to user negligence.

What equipment do you have available to lease?

We can source all equipment and put together a lease for it, regardless of type, manufacturer, brand/model, and spec/config. Get in contact and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you lease to startups?

Yes, of course! Excedr’s lease program is flexible and caters to the applicant's needs. The only off-limit field of science is cannabis testing due to regulations and compliance requirements.
